Refund policy

We value customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return or request for an exchange. We offer three return options: (1) return for a store credit; (2) exchange for another Product; and (3) return for a refund. 

1. DOMESTIC RETURNS (Canada Only)

We accept domestic returns or requests for an exchange for orders in Canada within 15 days of the date the order was shipped. Exchanges are subject to size and style availability. Domestic returns will be subject to a $5 return shipping and restock fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Products MUST be returned new, unworn, unwashed, in their original, resalable condition and packaging and with all tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

    • Customers are responsible for applicable shipping fees for exchanges.
    • All Products marked Final Sale or discounted Products are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To request a return or exchange, go to the “Orders & Returns” page under “My Account”. Once your return has been created, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via e-mail and you may drop your package at any Canada Post location.

3. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (Outside Canada)

We accept international returns and requests for an exchange for orders outside of Canada. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your order date. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. International returns will be subject to a $8 restock fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Products MUST be returned new, unworn, unwashed, in their original, resalable condition and packaging and with all tags attached.

4. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 1-3 business days.

If your return is accepted, your store credit will be processed and applied to your Sediore Account or your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Note: refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

5. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable and will NOT be included in your refund. Additionally, customers are responsible for applicable reshipping fees for exchanges.
