Orders
Processing Orders
Orders are processed pending product availability and payment approval. Product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed. Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-3 business days.
Certain exclusive and custom products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and/or cart pages.
Product Pre-Orders
Exclusive and Custom Products available for Pre-Order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be processed up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Support at Info@sediore.ca or 1-855-79-DIORE.
If your order contains Pre-Order Products and available Products, please note that your order will be shipped once the Pre-Order Product(s) are launched. We are not able to split orders and ship available products first. If you wish to purchase Pre-order Products and available Products together, we recommend placing a separate order for each.
Order Updates
Once orders are placed, we immediately start processing the order. We may be able to change or update your order before processing is complete. If you wish to update or change your order, you may do so by contacting Customer Support at Info@sediore.ca or 1-855-79-DIORE.
Order Cancellations
We are usually unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. It is possible that your order may be cancelled due to inventory selling out. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded.
We recommend trying to place your order again or signing up for our mailing list for updates and news regarding the restock of sold out Products.
To ensure your security, we take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact Customer Support at Info@sediore.ca or 1-855-79-DIORE.
Shipping Changes
We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. If you wish to change or update your shipping address, you may do so by contacting Customer Support at Info@sediore.ca or 1-855-79-DIORE.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail or text notification containing the shipment tracking information.
Taxes
To the extent that we are required by law to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell, such taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to the order total. The tax amount displayed during checkout is an estimate of the tax applicable to your order. This amount may vary slightly from the actual amount of tax payable in connection with your order due to different tax rates which apply as a result of the origin and destination of the product(s) being purchased, as well as other factors.
