Our Website is operated in Canada but can be accessed worldwide.     When.  We may collect your Personal Information when you voluntarily provide it to us by using our Website. For example, we may ask you to provide Personal Information if you:

      • send us a question or comment by e-mail or phone;
      • participate in our contests;

    Other information that you may voluntarily provide through our Website or other means, including Instagram. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, Vimeo, Pinterest, any sort of mobile communications device or any other social media.
     
    3. USE, DISCLOSURE, AND RETENTION OF INFORMATION
     

    Using Personal Information

    Your Personal Information will not be used without your consent for purposes other than those for which it was collected or in accordance with applicable laws. Sediore may wish to use Personal Information for new or additional purposes, in which case we will amend the Policy to comprise of these new or additional purposes and will obtain your consent through your continued use of our Website.

    We may generate (“Anonymous Data”) from Personal Information collected through our Website by removing information that makes the data personally identifiable to an individual. Such Anonymous Data includes, but is not limited to, Personal Information we collect from your use of our Website. We may use this Anonymous Data and aggregated data for any reasonable purpose subject to applicable laws and disclose such data to third parties in our sole discretion.

    Casting Calls / Modeling for Sediore.  From time to time we may have modeling opportunities for individuals for Sediore. If we do announce a casting call or desire a model for our company we will identify what information, photographs or videos that we would like to receive and if you send us Personal Information about yourself in response to such a request, your consent shall include our right to share the information and content that you provide in accordance with our purposes.

    Job Opportunities. You may submit your resume through e-mail. We may use that Personal Information for the purposes of potential employment with Sediore and other related purposes.

    Sharing Personal Information

    Sediore may contract with companies or individuals (“Service Providers” "third parties") to provide certain services related to the functionality and features of the Website, including content streaming, e-mail and hosting services, software development, data management, orders, payment processing, management of forms, quizzes and polls, customer service, returns, live chat, marketing, fraud prevention, product review and questions, and administration of contests and other promotions.

    We may use and share your Personal Information with Service Providers as appropriate for them to perform their services for us and our Service Providers are permitted to use your information only for such purposes. 

    Additionally, we may share your Personal Information: (i) In response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; to establish or exercise our legal rights; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law.     Payment Information.  We use Shopify, Inc. (“Shopify”) to host our Website. When you purchase Products from Sediore, your payment will be processed by Shopify.  Shopify will collect payment information from you, such as your credit card number and expiration date and any other Personal Information required to process your payment.  Sediore and Shopify will send you e-mails regarding the processing of your online payment. Your use of Shopify is governed by the agreement between you and Shopify. Shopify’s privacy policy is located at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy. The server automatically logs the IP address you use to access our Website as well as other Personal Information about your visit such as the pages accessed, information requested, the date and time of the request, the source of your access to our Website (e.g. the website or URL (link) which referred you to our website), and your browser version and operating system.

    It is entirely your choice whether you provide Personal Information to us. We also take reasonable steps to ensure that our staff recognize the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of Personal Information and that unauthorized persons do not gain access.

    Children’s Privacy.  This Website is intended for and targeted to adults. We will not knowingly collect, solicit, or retain any Personal Information of visitors to our Website who are under the age of 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this Website or through any of its features. All information provided to us will be treated as if it was provided by an adult. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from an individual under the age of 18, we will use reasonable efforts to delete that information associated with a minor. If a child has already provided us with Personal Information, his or her parent or guardian may Contact Us for the purpose of deleting this information.
    **Please note that children under the age of 18 may not participate in casting calls, modeling initiatives, and may not apply for employment with us.

    It is entirely your choice whether you provide Personal Information to us. You may request access to your Personal Information which we may hold by contacting us.  We will need to verify your identity before providing you with the information we hold about you.  We may not be able to provide you with access to your Personal Information if the such information cannot be separated from that of others, cannot be disclosed because of security or commercial confidentiality, or is protected by legal privilege.  In the event we cannot provide you access to your Personal Information, we will inform you of the reasons for denial of access, unless prohibited by law.

    In addition, our Website may include content (including through social media platforms or applications) that is streamed by our Website but hosted or made available by third parties. SEDIORE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY ASSOCIATED WITH HOW SUCH THIRD PARTIES COLLECT, STORE, USE OR DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. If you choose to view such streamed content, it is your duty to review the privacy policies that govern such content.

    We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time.  In the event we make changes to this Policy, such changes will be updated to our Website with the date such amendments were made.  Please review this Policy from time to time so that you are aware when updates are made to this Policy.
